If a childs young enough to breastfeed, they're probably not too disruptive,and I'd certainly have no problem if an educator or caseworker breastfed their baby during an I.E.P. And my favorite school districts standard I.E.P. custom was a big platter of baked goods for everyone to munch on with coffee. How else can you stand to listen to EVERYONE blather on and on and on? Sugar is a must.
